Really excited to see this meta-analysis! Unfortunately I’m having trouble with the video. I’m able to watch your others, but for some reason this one gets stuck in perpetual loading. Any chance of a re-upload? In the meantime, I’ll start on the written version, at least as far as my layperson knowledge will take me. 😛

My husband and I have been on the diet for 2 1/2 weeks. He his last blood work, several months ago showed his blood sugar was up, high cholesterol and high triglycerides. He is also BiPolar. He is under an Alternative Doctor’s care for all of it and he is the one that said after my husband fasted on ProLon for 5 days, to start the Ketogenic Diet. Wish us good luck, please…… I am doing intermittent fasting which is much easier….
